L’autunno inizia ad Asti con due appuntamenti che sono ormai icone del Piemonte. La Douja d’Or, dal 12 al 21 settembre 2025, porta in città dieci giorni di degustazioni, showcooking e musica, con ospiti internazionali e un calendario diffuso che anima i luoghi più suggestivi del centro. Subito dopo, il 13 e 14 settembre, è la volta del Festival delle Sagre Astigiane: oltre ventotto Pro Loco portano in piazza i piatti simbolo della tradizione, mentre la spettacolare sfilata storica racconta con centinaia di figuranti la vita contadina tra Otto e Novecento. Piazza Campo del Palio si trasforma così nel più grande ristorante a cielo aperto d’Italia, con un’inedita “Cantina delle Sagre” dedicata ai vini del Consorzio Barbera d’Asti e Vini del Monferrato.

Asti: September highlights
Autumn begins in Asti with two events that have become true icons of Piedmont. From September 12 to 21, 2025, the Douja d’Or turns the city into a vibrant “wine salon” with ten days of tastings, showcooking and music, featuring international guests and a rich program spread across the historic center. Just after, on September 13 and 14, the Festival delle Sagre Astigiane brings together over 28 Pro Loco associations with their traditional dishes, while a spectacular historical parade brings to life the farming world of the 19th and 20th centuries. Piazza Campo del Palio becomes the largest open-air restaurant in Italy, with a brand-new “Cantina delle Sagre” dedicated to the wines of the Barbera d’Asti and Monferrato Consortium.
